1. Who we are

This policy covers the website operated by Dharma Group LLC (“Dharma Group”, “we”) and the consulting, coaching, seminar and mobile app development services we provide.

2. What data we process

This is an informational website. It has no sign-up, no forms and no accounts. We process your data only when you contact us:

• Contact data: the name, contact details and message content you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Service data: information you share during a consulting, coaching or seminar engagement that is necessary to deliver the service.
• Technical data: server access logs (IP address, browser information, request time), kept by our hosting provider for security and error tracking.

We do not ask for special category data (health, beliefs, biometric data, etc.). Anything of that kind you choose to share during a session is kept confidential and is not disclosed to third parties.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Responding to your enquiry and scheduling an intro call — pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest.
• Delivering and invoicing a contracted service — performance of a contract.
• Meeting statutory retention and accounting duties — legal obligation.
• Keeping the site secure — legitimate interest.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Limited sharing happens only in these cases:

• Our hosting and email providers, solely to deliver the service technically.
• Our accountants and legal advisors, within their statutory duties.
• Lawful requests from competent public authorities.

We are a US-based company. Data you send us from Türkiye or the EU may be processed in the United States; we apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards for such transfers.

5. Retention

We keep contact enquiries for up to 2 years after the enquiry is closed. Records tied to a signed engagement are kept for the statutory retention period (typically 5–10 years). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, KVKK, applicable US state laws), you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, and receive it in a portable format.

7. Security

We use access restrictions, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and regular reviews to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

8. Children

Our services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have, we delete it.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the “last updated” date above.
